Each person needs to register on their own.

• Use your own email (agents, remember to use your Greatway email).

• Your email is your ticket to check-in on event day!

One registration per person.

• It’s recommended that each attendee should buy their own ticket.

• This is required by PIPEDA (we need the person’s, not acting on behalf of another, permission to use your personal info).

• You could get a Tax Expense Credit!

• You’ll get all the event updates directly.

• It also makes things easier for your leader, so they can focus on supporting you.

Bulk Ticket Purchase

• For bulk tickets, buyer email indicated will receive or tickets which they will be responsible to distribute.

• Only the payor who was indicated in the billing on the checkout form will receive a receipt for expense tax purposes.

Important: If you're a new ticket holder after July 15, 2025, you won’t be eligible to receive an award or walk the stage, as all awards have already been finalized.

Absolutely, children are welcome at the event! However, please note that all attendees, including children, will need a ticket for entry. While kids are welcome, keep in mind that the event is primarily designed for advisors and students, so some sessions may not be engaging for younger audiences. If you'd like to fully focus on the sessions, we recommend arranging childcare. For parents with infants aged two years or younger, we offer a special accommodation. You're welcome to bring your little one, but we ask that you visit the help desk upon arrival to sign a waiver-this only needs to be done once per event.

To qualify for an award, make sure you're registered for the Convention and meet all cut-off dates. We want to celebrate your achievements, so following these steps is important. Last-minute changes can be difficult to accommodate, so registering on time ensures your chance to be recognized!
